  • Members will have access to private and semi-private lessons where they can focus on a specific part of the game that they are keen to master. From swing lessons, to pitching or even putting, lessons are a tremendous tool for players to develop their game at a faster pace and build more confidence.

  • Nothing says New York like convenience. Here at GOLF v.2, we want to create an environment that helps to ease the burden of urban living. With that goal in mind, we are now offering Locker Rentals as an add-on to our suite of amenities! These lockers are rented monthly, and will be assigned in the order of purchase.

We are big believers that growing the human first will inevitably grow the golfer. 

We focus on using the American Development Model to promote a fun and engaging environment to retain your young golfer in the sport for years longer than past averages. 

Our philosophy also includes utilizing the socratic method to foster critical thinking; we do not just hand the golfer the information they need in order to achieve a goal.  They have to search for it themselves and truly want to know the answer before we assist them in the knowledge.  If they feel like they have "cracked the code", then they gain an ownership over their game that is invaluable. 

We know our method is not traditional, but it is supported by science, is cutting edge, and we believe it is The Future of Golf.

  • Fall Season – September 9th to December 21st - 15 Classes

    Winter Season – January 6th to March 21st - 11 Classes

    Spring Season – March 31st to June 13th - 11 Classes

  • Junior Academy classes are divided by age group, and run Monday through Thursday.

    • Ages 5–7
      3:20 pm - 4:10 pm
      50 min class

    • Ages 8–12
      4:10 pm - 5:10 pm
      60 min class

    • Ages 13+
      5:10 pm - 6:20 pm
      70 min class

  • Please Note:

    • Juniors will need to choose between classes once or twice a week (Ages 5-7 are advised to only attend once a week).

    • You may purchase your package at the link below. After purchasing, please email us at: info@golfv2.com specifying your preferred day(s)/time, based on age group, and we will place them according to your request.

    • Juniors do not need to bring their own clubs. We will provide all the clubs needed for practice so they don’t need to haul their bag around the neighborhood. 😊

  • We will have a vast offering for Junior Golf throughout the whole year with winter, spring and summer camps + Junior Outings!

    Winter Camp - December 18th to December 22nd

    Spring Camp - March 25th to March 29th

    Summer Camps – Starting on June 17th

    Junior Outings will be scheduled weather permitting starting as early as May 2024.

  • Jamere Jamison

    HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL

    Jamere is a Brooklyn Heights native who started his golf career at the age of 7. He has over 25 years of experience playing his beloved sport - both competitively and for leisure. He is an active member of the PGA PGM Associate Program and is certified by the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Junior Golf. Throughout the years, he was a tournament participant in numerous junior golf competitions along the East Coast, including:

    • 7 years in the First Tee Central Florida Program as a tournament participant, senior student member and Junior Instructor

    • 6 years in US kids golf and Metropolitan PGA/ Long Island Division as a tournament participant

    • 4 years in the Xaverian High School Varsity Boys Golf team that made it to state finals

    • 2 years in the Dyker Beach Jr. Division as a tournament participant

    Jamere was an Assistant Golf Pro at the renowned Westchester Country Club before joining our team here at Golf v.2. At Westchester, he worked closely with the Head professionals and director of golf to curate unique and engaging experiences for members and guest at WCC.

  • Marta Ramalho

    HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL

    Marta Ramalho is a passionate golf coach from Lisbon, Portugal who started playing golf when she was 10 years old. She represented the Portuguese National Squad internationally for a number of years, both as a player and later as a coach. Marta received a degree specializing in Physical Education and Sports Training, and has coached at several golf clubs and facilities in Portugal over the past 10 years. This experience, combined with becoming a Leadbetter Kids Certified Instructor has helped her develop extended experience in teaching golfers of all ages and skill levels. Marta is currently working on becoming a Leadbetter Associate and a PGA of America member through the PGM Associate Program.
